Intensive work to accelerate capital campaign and grow operational fundraising through the creation and implementation of comprehensive short- and long-term fundraising plans, board development and volunteer leadership strategies, policies and procedures; strengthening of the fundraising infrastructure; prospect development; staff reorganization; advice and counsel to the President and CEO.
