Our Role

Assessment of fundraising capacity, short-and long-term fundraising goals, feasibility study to test capital fundraising for new exhibits; campaign readiness assessment, including guidance on strengthening the development operation.  Subsequent campaign preparation and planning, including identifying fundraising priorities and goals, campaign case statement, expanded external market research, volunteer leadership development, prospect development, training and coaching, and campaign plan and communications plan.
