Helps women facing life challenges to help themselves through the Jewell McFarland Lewis-Fresh Start Women’s Resource Center. One example: Women can obtain free assistance from staff attorney, legal assistant, and certified legal document preparer specializing in domestic-relations cases such as divorce, child custody, and child support.
