Their Impact
Builds and funds collaborative nonprofit alliances and sector partnerships. Nonprofits assess their most important issues and form teams around those issues; each team is then matched to an experienced SLHI-funded consultant who coaches and mentors the group over time. Processes of sharing, networking, troubleshooting, and developing solutions produces stronger community connections and organizational results.
Our Role
Assisted six nonprofit organizations with definition of roles, responsibilities, and budget for a potential collaboration, and with preparation for group presentation to potential funding sources.
