Dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged children through their support of the Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos (NPH) network of orphanages in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Our Role
Preparation for and facilitation of an international strategic planning retreat which led to a comprehensive three-year strategic plan. Developed and delivered a national fundraising training program for affiliate network.
