In keeping with its mission statement: “Leading our community to broad-based solutions to prevent domestic abuse,†Chrysalis – “the growth that creates an independent being†– offers a 360-degree approach by providing services to those being abused, the children who often see the abuse unfold, and the offenders through prevention treatment. This comprehensive approach is what makes Chrysalis unique.
Our Role
Conduct internal assessment of the development operation and external market research, develop the fundraising case for support and three-year plan, and provide coaching on the implementation of the fundraising plan; strategic planning.
