In our long-term relationship of more than a decade, Phoenix Philanthropy has stepped in when needed as a solutions provider to help ASC successfully complete multiple projects.
Our work has included counsel on a proposed endowment campaign, rebuilding fundraising operations after a previous campaign, assessment of the development operation and implementation of related recommendations, interim management of the development operation, creation of a strategic fundraising plan and related performance metrics, executive search, and executive coaching. We are currently counsel for their ambitious and transformational $100 million Embracing the Future – NOW campaign.
